Refund & Exchange Policy
Meds Pharmas accepts returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Prescription medications are subject to additional verification. Customers must provide valid prescription documentation when requested. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled, and a refund will be issued minus any processing fees.
